Returns & Refunds Policy
Effective for orders placed through www.lithosliving.com.au
At Lithos Living, each piece is handcrafted with intention and care, and thoroughly quality-checked prior to dispatch. Due to the bespoke nature of our marble decor, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds & Faulty Items
Returns are only accepted in the case of a faulty or damaged item.
If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery by emailing lithosliving@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo evidence of the fault or damage taken at the time of delivery, including the product and packaging
We will assess your claim and determine whether a refund, replacement, or credit is appropriate.
Transit Damage
All Lithos Living orders are securely packaged and insured against transit damage.
If your item arrives damaged, you must provide photo evidence immediately upon delivery, showing both the damaged item and any external packaging. This is essential for lodging a claim and processing a resolution.
Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed and finalised.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorised due to a confirmed fault or damage, Lithos Living will cover reasonable return shipping costs. This must be approved in writing prior to sending any items back.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted or reimbursed.
Order Changes
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
If you need to request an amendment (such as a change of address), please contact us promptly. While we will do our best to assist, changes may not be possible once your order has entered processing or dispatch.
